Biography

Morgan is an associate at The Roffmann Law Office specializing in family law and divorce. She grew up in a small town on the western slope of Colorado and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in agricultural communications. Morgan earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. She is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas.

Morgan brings valuable experience in both litigation and mediation to her practice. She has a particular passion for mediation and for empowering individuals to take an active role in shaping their own cases and outcomes. She believes there is something uniquely meaningful about facilitating thoughtful, solution-oriented conversations between co-parents or individuals who once shared a life together. Her goal is to produce healthier, more durable resolutions while preserving privacy and minimizing unnecessary conflict where appropriate. Morgan offers both Zoom and in-person mediation services in Missouri and also conducts mediations through MARCH Mediation.

In addition, Morgan is a graduate of the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy and is a skilled courtroom advocate who is fully prepared to pursue court intervention in litigation to protect her clients’ interests.

In Missouri, Morgan serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem, advocating for the best interests of children in high-conflict family law matters. This role gives her a deeper perspective on the long-term impact litigation can have on families and reinforces her commitment to approaches that prioritize stability, communication, and the well-being of those involved.

Overall, her practice is grounded in a people-first approach, encouraging clients to take control of their lives while providing empathetic, efficient, and effective legal guidance every step of the way.
